Endri Poletti
B.Arch, OAA
Endri holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Centennial College, and he is a graduate from the Bachelors of Architecture program Carleton University, School of Architecture. Mr. Poletti has been the principal of Endri Poletti Architect Inc. for the past 29 years. As the primary firm architect, Endri oversees all aspects of the projects beginning with the design, to assignment of project managers, through to building sign off. He brings over 39 years’ experience to the office including fourteen years working internationally.
Building on his experience, Endri is a firm believer in advanced building information modeling (BIM), he ensures that each project in the office is developed via the extensive use of Revit since 2008.
Jennifer Castein
M.A.A.T.O., Dip. Arch. Tech.
Jenn is a Senior Architectural Technologist and Projects & Operations Manager at EPA. With her Diploma in Architectural Technology from Algonquin College, Jenn has fourteen years of experience as an architectural technologist, ten years as a member of the EPA team and four years internationally. Her role as an architectural technologist includes space planning, design development, completion of contract documents, coordination with other consultants, all aspects of construction administration, and overall project management to ensure the smooth completion of the project. Jenn has direct responsibility in representing the office to our clients in all matters relating to the contractual requirements of the project.
Ms. Castein is well versed in the most current versions of Revit, AutoCAD and in-house management tool. These are utilized on a variety of projects including government, office, residential, education, industrial and mixed use facilities.
